Is there a free trial?: Yes — 14 days free on any plan, no credit card required. You can share your link, track conversions, and see the platform fully before paying anything.
What counts as a "leader" for per-leader pricing?: A leader is anyone with their own referral link in your organization. If you have 10 reps each with a personal link, that is 10 leaders on your plan. Admins and managers who don't have their own link don't count toward the seat total.
Can I change plans at any time?: Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect at your next billing cycle. No lock-in, no penalty.
How does the Team plan work?: Team pricing is based on your organization size and commission structure complexity. Email us with your team size and we'll build a custom proposal — typically faster and cheaper than you expect.
What happens when someone on my team leaves?: You can reassign their referral link to a new team member. Attribution history is preserved and the new rep takes over the link going forward.
